A more luxurious way to travel - cold ipa - 5.0% ABV
The Cold IPA is the new India Pale Lager and this one is snappy, crispy & drool worthy. This beer was brewed with simplistic delicacy, using the finest Pilsner malt we could get & hopped with Wai'iti & Cashmere Hops.
Expect a soft sweet biscuit deriving from the malts & tropical melon, peach, & citrus that mellow in to lemon-lime soda.
Don’t be fooled by the pretty can, this beer is based on one of New Jersey's most famous disasters:
Before its tragic final flight, the Hindenburg was billed to be a more luxurious way to travel. This doomed Zeppelin featured a dinning room, a writing room, lounges, a piano, passenger cabins, a pressurized smoking room, and a bar. The Hindenburg caught fire and crashed in Manchester, NJ, grounding all future flights.

MAKING LOVE AT MIDNIGHT - PINA COLADA MILKSHAKE ipa - 7.0% ABV
This 7% Milkshake IPA is brewed with pineapple and a chock full of lactose while generously hopped with Sabro and El Dorado - then conditioned on toasted coconut, a hint of vanilla and more pineapple. This all makes for a very full bodied, tropical treat that is perfectly suited to summertime drinking and posting a personal ad in the local paper to find out that you never knew that you like Piña Coladas.

Pacific Gem is a hop from New Zealand with some interesting flavor characteristics. In this medium bodied Pale Ale it shows itself with Berry and Citrus notes and a woody undertone from the aroma right through to a sustained drying finish.

Tower No. 4 - New England ipa - 6.8% ABV
The OGT4 is back! Orange, mango, sweet, hazy IPA. Old Shaky collapses at sea! Once a poorly constructed early warning beacon, disguised as an oil rig, Tower 4 did little to protect the US from Soviet threats before claiming the lives of its crew as it buckled from monstrous waves. Today the wreckage sits at the bottom of the ocean 150 miles off the NJ coastline, visited only by sea creatures and the infrequent diver.

pocket trick - imperial ipa - 8.5% ABV
That's right, our OG Imperial IPA - Pocket Trick is back! We went back to the original recipe from our first release in 2015 for this one - showcasing the power of the trio hop combo of Mosaic, Cascade & Mandarina Bavaria. Clocking in at 8.5% you'll notice a touch of malt sweetness from the combination of German Pilsner Malt & Crystal. This balances out the bitterness from the hops resulting in an extremely drinkable, undetectable, higher abv Imperial IPA.

mr. watson - come here - i want to see you - white ipa - 6.6% ABV
This beer is a union of a Belgian Wit and an American IPA. Mr. Watson is brewed and dry hopped with Ekuanot & Citra. It has a taste and aroma of grapefruit and honey dew melon, with a soft mouthfeel and right at the end there is a hint of a dry bitterness reminiscent of citrus rinds.

FORTUNE’S FATE - OYSTER GOSE with mango & pineapple- 4.2%
Mango and pineapple were added to our gose brewed with Forty North Sugar Shack oysters for the salt content. Light, sour, inviting with the perfect amount of tropical fruit tones to make a hot day a breeze.
Every Fortunes Fate beer brewed will feature oysters from Forty North. New Jersey’s oyster industry has been thriving, but the global pandemic has placed a strain on the industry by the closing of dine in restaurants.
We are happy to collaborate and showcase this culinary project that combines two growing segments in New Jersey that are community focused, independent, and family owned and operated. Craft beer & Oysters have always been a beautiful pairing and combining them has been equally delightful.

gravity road aged in bourbon barrels - 10.3% ABV
This beer has been aging in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for a year and a half and is finally seeing its release. This beer is big, thick & fudgey that warms into a vanilla and bourbon alcohol delight.

Attraction no. 16 - fruited saison aged in gin barrels - 6.7% ABV
We placed a saison in two Asbury Park Distilling gin barrels and pitched with Brett Brux Trois Vrais yeast. We let that condition for over a year then added some more Brett and blackberry puree to one and sweet cherry puree to the other. The two barrels were then blended to create a beautiful ruby colored ale with signature funky, barnyard, spicy Brett character that is both tart and sweet.
