Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing Co in Cherry Hill, NJ is looking for lead brewers. This is a full-time position available immediately to the right candidate(s). Previous experience is a must. Duties cover the production of our brands from start to finish and include but aren't limited to:
Brewing;
Cellaring;
Recipe Development;
Raw material handling;
Barreling;
Keg Cleaning and filling;
Canning;
Cleaning;
Brew House and Cellar CIP’s;
Completing and maintaining proper documentation and record keeping;
Attending/working events, both at the brewery and off-site, as needed;
Assistance in quality control, inventory control, and material management
This position requires knowledge of and experience in a production brewery. Additional requirements include:
Experience in a production brewery,
Good mechanical skills,
Creativity,
Strong knowledge of fermentation,
A full understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures,
Willingness and ability to work at least 40 hours per week while maintaining a flexible schedule, including working evenings and weekends, as necessary,
A positive attitude in a demanding repetitive production environment,
An understanding of quality control and safety in a production facility,
Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities while focusing on detail,
Good time management skills,
Physical work (bending, kneeling, entering tanks, etc.),
Work on feet all day,
Must be able to lift 55 lbs,
Working with hazardous chemicals;

Sales Representatives
Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing Co in Cherry Hill, NJ is looking for sales representatives. This is a full-time position available immediately to the right candidate(s). Duties cover the selling of our portfolio to our retail accounts of stores/bars/restaurants in your select territory and include but aren’t limited to:
Maintaining and working with existing accounts;
Creating and generating new sales leads and new accounts;
Identify gaps in distribution footprint and work to fill them in;
Working with each vendor on an individual basis;
Creating new relationships with your industry peers;
Maintain a presence of core and seasonal/limited beers at retail establishments;
Working with on-premise (bars/restaurants) to find a beer in our portfolio to best fit their needs;
Additional Requirements Include:
Must have a car and a clean driving record;
Must be professional at all times;
Must be a self-starter, driven, and motivated;
Must be organized including record-keeping;
Must love beer;
Must be friendly, personable and respectful of industry peers
Compensation varies with experience, sales incentives and bonuses are available, gas and tolls will be reimbursed as well as expenses as approved by Management.
