It all started with a beer called Funnel Cake. Funnel Cake is our flagship cream ale brewed with Madagascar vanilla beans and served as a creamy nitro pour. It is a seaside treat in adult form and Jersey Shore iconic ale.

In 2017, we set out to create New Jersey’s first hard alcoholic seltzer. With many trials, we worked with a tea sommelier to craft a beverage using high quality teas and fruits. J’aime Sparked Seltzer was launched as New Jersey’s craft hard seltzer for the summer season in 2019 and subsequently took Silver Medal in the United States first ever Hard Seltzer Festival Competition in Denver, CO.
We created New Jerseys first and only craft non-alcoholic beer alternative that’s zero calories, zero carbs, zero sugar & gluten free in 2022.
We were one of only a handful of nation wide producers and the only producer on the East Coast when launched.
